Commands
The /respite command tree — a status read for everyone, and op-only levers for reloading config and driving the rest stat.

/respite status | everyone | Time-lapse state and effective rate, your time awake in days, your rest stage (rested / Weary / Exhausted), nights until the next new moon — and the signal of a Chronometer you're looking at |
/respite reload | op (level 2) | Reloads config/respite.json and re-evaluates recipe conditions |
/respite rest clear [player] | op (level 2) | Resets the target's time-since-rest to zero (clears Weariness) |
/respite rest set <days> [player] | op (level 2) | Sets the target's time-since-rest — the testing lever for phantom and weariness thresholds |
